Yes — we offer a free 30-minute diagnostic session for all new students. This helps us understand your current level, exam timeline, and target grade before recommending a plan. No commitment required.
Payment is collected monthly in advance at the start of each billing cycle. We'll send an invoice 3–5 days before it's due. For new students, the first invoice is issued after the free diagnostic session.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at the end of any billing month. If you're approaching exams and want to intensify, we'll move you to World Topper with 48 hours' notice.
Life happens. Missed sessions can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. All sessions are recorded and linked in your portal within 24 hours, so you never lose the content even if you can't attend live.
Pricing is standardised by tier and session frequency — not by subject. Whether you're studying IGCSE Maths or AP Physics C, the same tier rate applies. Exact amounts are shared on enquiry and may vary slightly by region.
You can cancel anytime with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused sessions within a paid month are handled case-by-case — WhatsApp us and we'll sort it out.
